The goal of the St. Hugh Library program is to foster a love and enjoyment of literature through the sharing and discussion of quality picture books, short stories, and novels. It seeks to bring enrichment to the study and celebration of holidays and Holy Days by reading literature related to those occasions. Library resources are used to enhance the curriculum being taught by classroom teachers. Emphasis is placed on the reinforcement of reading, writing, study, and organizational skills.
